Join us for a half-hour meditation session with Dr. Ella Ray. Please plan to arrive before the session starts so that you do not disrupt the process.

As the semester begins to wind down and demands begin to rev up, it helps to step back from the intensity. Mindfulness Meditation is an excellent tool for stress management as it helps one develop a sense of calmness.  This calmness anchors and can help students stay focused when writing papers, studying for exams, and the actual exam situation itself. It is not too late to develop this sense of calmness and focus.  Join us for group meditation and make exam time less stressful.  Benefits include:
