SketchUp is a great way to create 3D interactive landscapes. It's free software - check out the 3D warehouse for examples. You can create buildings, objects, fantasy worlds - anything you can imagine. You can also download and adapt 3D objects created by others. Here at Penn, students are using SketchUp to create theater sets, product drawings and more. You can also create a walking-tour video to create a tour of your creation as a standard YouTube video.
