NVivo is software that supports qualitative and mixed methods research. This workshop will start with an in-depth introduction to capabilities of the software including navigating the overall interface; running visualizations and queries, and incorporating categorical data. Following this demonstration, workshop participants will be guided through the steps for creating a project, importing sources, and coding. No prior experience is assumed. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own data to get guidance on how to construct their database and explore their research questions.
