Please join us for tea and conversation with Dr. Scott Francis, Assistant Professor of Romance Languages. Dr. Francis specializes in Renaissance French Literature and Culture and is the author of articles on Marguerite of Navarre, Rabelais, and Montaigne. His talk entitled, "The Ethics of Indifference: Adiaphora and Scandal in Marguerite de Navarre and the Circle of Meaux," will revolve around his current project on this topic.
