Join us for this hands-on workshop to create very simple VR movies for use with Google Cardboard. We want to know from you:
How does creating VR movies differ from simply experiencing VR content?
If our goal is to create VR experiences that have emotional and instructional impact, what does one to consider as a creator and expert in a particular domain?
Note: You will need the following in order to participate fully in this workshop:
- A smart phone capable of running VR apps (iOS or Android)
- Cardboard Camera app (available from App Store or GooglePlay)
- Google Account to use to upload your VR movie for access and viewing
This workshop is part of the PennImmersive initiative of Penn Libraries and Penn's Year of Innovation.
