Participants will walk away with an understanding of what exactly “digital publishing” is, what platforms are most commonly used, and how digital publishing is supported at Penn. Platforms to be discussed include Omeka, Scalar, ScholarlyCommons (Penn’s institutional repository), subject based repositories, WordPress, Drupal, TimelineJS/StorymapJS, StoryMap by Esri, Open Science Framework, and a few others.
