According to estimates, 60-80% of information that appears in the patent literature is not published in any other location; however, patents are an ungainly amalgom of scientific and legal terminology and can be difficult to find and navigate.  This 60-75 minute seminar highlights resources and techniques that will help chemists to stay up-to-date with the patent literature and to navigate directly to relevant information within the text of a patent.
