Please join us for Research Tea with Dr. Solomon H. Katz. Dr. Katz is an emeritus professor of orthodontics with the Penn School of Dental Medicine, a  Senior Fellow with the Leonard Davis Institute of Health Economics, a physical anthropologist, and Director of the Krogman Center for Research in Child Growth and Development. Dr. Katz's scholarship spans medicine, food science, food shortages and global food crises, religion and science, and more. At today's tea, Dr. Katz will be talking about food and his new World Recipe project.
