Come to our second BioCyc workshop of the series where we will use tools that BioCyc currently houses to explore similarities and differences between topoisomerase I protein sequences from E. coli, M. tuberculosis, and Bacillus subtilis (hay bacillus).

In this one hour workshop we will be using tools such as SmartTables: for importing topoisomerase I protein sequence features, ortholog comparative-analysis: for finding TopA orthologs, and MUSCLE: for performing Multiple Sequence Alignment.
