Come to our second BioCyc workshop of the series where we will use tools that BioCyc currently houses to explore similarities and differences between protein sequences from E. coli, M. tuberculosis, and Bacillus subtilis (hay bacillus).
In this one hour workshop we will be using tools such as SmartTables: for importing protein sequence features, ortholog comparative-analysis: for finding TopA orthologs, and MUSCLE: for performingMultiple Sequence Alignment.
