Dr. Rostain will discuss his new book, co-authored with Janet Hibbs, Ph.D., M.F.T., The stressed years of their lives: helping your kid survive and thrive during their college years (St. Martin's Press, 2019). The book is “a guide for the parents of every college and college-bound student who want to know what’s normal mental health and behavior, what’s not, and how to intervene before it’s too late.”

Dr. Rostain is Professor of Psychiatry and Pediatrics at the Perelman School of Medicine, and is a practicing psychiatrist at Penn Medicine and The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. He is also the former chair of the University’s Task Force on Student Psychological Health and Welfare (2014-2016).

Please join us for Dr. Rostain's presentation and a lively Q+A.  Light refreshments will be served.
