Join us in the celebrated Henry Charles Lea Library (6th floor of Van-Pelt Dietrich) for an introduction to using Penn’s rare books and manuscript collection in your research agenda.
In this workshop session, you will learn about the history of Penn’s special collections, hear from experts on how to find and access rare materials for your interests, and see some of the truly unique and inspirational treasures stewarded by the Kislak Center for Special Collections.
This session will feature items related to the history of science, medicine, and health activism.
