Most likely, you have been told to verify a chatbot's answers as a "best practice" if using one for research.  Maybe you have been told to click on any links it provides to "verify" the sources and answers. What does that entail? This workshop will help you hone your critical information skills by teaching you effective and efficient ways to fact check chatbot outputs, properly contextualize the information you find, and better utilize chatbots as a springboard for deeper research. Please bring your laptop as this workshop will be hands on! We will be using free and widely available chatbots, open sources on the web and library resources.
