This workshop will introduce you to the basics of Stata, a software package for statistical data analysis. It will cover importing and editing data sets and provide an overview of commonly used statistical procedures. 

For those who would like to interact with the software during the workshop, Penn students, faculty, and staff have free access to Stata through the Penn Libraries Virtual Computer Lab (vLab). Access to the vLab requires registration and should be done at least one day before the workshop.
