Learn fundamental skills for gathering literature relevant to any research project. After completing this workshop, students will be able to:

  • Construct an effective literature search
  • Understand what a database is and how it is organized 
  • Choose from and access Penn’s databases from the catalog and from subject guides
  • Take a relevant source and use it to find additional relevant sources

This workshop is part of the Research Skills for Undergraduates series.
