Join Penn Libraries Presents for Angelica Rivera, Bolinger Fellow in Library Innovation and Virshae Campbell, User Experience Researcher and Designer. They will review their work on an enhanced automated categorization system for labeling library live chats, integrating this data pipeline into Metridoc, and visualizing the results through dashboards to identify opportunities for improving library services and FAQs.
