The session will begin at the Museum Library with Deb Stewart and end with a tour of the fascinating Penn Museum Archives with archivist Alex Pezzati. During the first part of the session, participants will also learn about free, online tools for finding where unique materials are located and for organizing their own notes and images. We will discuss best practices for archival research, including how to make an appointment and what to expect when you go to an archive to do research in-person.
