Cyanotype Creation
In this hands-on workshop, students learn how cyanotype printing works by exploring the role of UV light and photosensitive chemicals, then independently create their own cyanotype prints using proper materials, safety practices, and exposure techniques. Through experimentation and iteration, students develop creative problem-solving skills valued in fields such as design, marketing, science, engineering, and other innovation-driven careers.
Please note: This is Part 2 of a two-part workshop series. Designing Your Own Digital Negative—Part 1—will be held in the Vitale Digital Media Lab on April 10. We encourage you to register for both sessions.
