Learn how to make your own case bound book, more commonly known as a hardcover book. This workshop will cover every step in the bookbinding process, from sewing paper sheets to creating and attaching the covers. Participants will learn about bookbinding terminology, the mechanics of case bindings, and develop foundational skills to try out their own creative bookbinding. The workshop is open to all experience levels.
All supplies provided freely. No prior bookbinding experience necessary; all types welcome!
Registration is required, and opens three weeks before the workshop.
