As part of our Typography of Independence program, funded in part by a grant from the Philadelphia Collaborator's Fund, the Common Press will conducting a workshop at Christ Church Philadelphia.
Come letterpress print for yourself words about John Dunlap, the printer of the Declaration of Independence, at his gravesite in the burial grounds of Christ Church Philadelphia. We will be onsite with two portable printing presses, and you’ll be able to print two different typographic designs in honor of the 250th anniversary of Dunlap’s amazing print project.
You must register and pay through through Christ Church to attend.
