Are you interested in learning about how the h-index and the journal impact factor are calculated, and how to use tools which calculate these metrics for you? This workshop will help you do that!  We will look closely at both Web of Science and Scopus, compare their differences, and feature a hands-on portion in which attendees will learn how to search for a scholar’s h-index and a journal’s impact factor, as well as how to use these tools to identify potential research collaborators.
