Part III: Built-in Accessiblity Tools
The University of Pennsylvania's Accessibility and Learning Technologies (ALT) team focuses on providing help to instructors, staff, and students to create a more universally accessible online experience. In this workshop you’ll learn about the accessibility features included with Windows 10 and MacOS. We will demonstrate dictation, text-to-speech, screen magnification, and screen readers. These assistive technology tools are free and are designed to help people with disabilities navigate computers more easily.
Presented by Student Disabilities Services’ Associate Director, Erica Gillaspy and Associate Director for Assistive Technology, Amrou Ibrahim.
This is the final event for our three-part series.
