Join Dr. Marian Reiff from Counseling And Psychological Services (CAPS) for an experiential workshop that combines evidence-based yoga movements, mindfuless techniques, coping skills, and gentle exercises including stretching, strengthening, breathing, and balancing. Learn how to use these techniques in daily life to relieve stress and anxiety, improve
concentration and sleep, and enhance wellbeing.

This workshop provides a relaxing and supportive space for those interested in practicing mindful movement and is also tailored to benefit people who have experienced traumatic events. This workshop is based on the model developed at the Trauma Center of Brookline, Massachusetts. This workshop is not intended as a substitute for treatment.
