Reaxys is a database of organic, inorganic, and organometallic substances, their properties, their reactions, and their medicinal chemistry.  Many people use it for substructure and reaction searching and to locate physical and chemical properties of substances.  However, beneath the deceptively-simple interface of Reaxys lurks a powerful, customizable advanced search algorithm.  This training session will teach you exactly what the Quick Search does, when it is most effective, and how to transcend it to get optimal, directed search results.  We will also introduce the capabilities of the new Reaxys Medicinal Chemistry module. 

This training is intended for individuals with experience performing structure and property searches who are looking to upgrade their skills by learning to use the advanced search mode in Reaxys.
