Kelly Tuttle, Holly Mengel, and Emily Rush
Kelly, Holly, and Emily will present about blended (or flipped) learning class sessions and how librarians can implement them. The use of asynchronous and synchronous learning in this model helps build rapport with students before meeting with them, brings about more robust discussions during the in-class session, and can help achieve higher order learning outcomes in a single session meeting. Holly will also discuss her recent experience using this model in a first-year seminar working with archives.
