Join the Penn Libraries as we present the work and research of our Library Staff. Today's event features: Richard James on Managing the World Health Organization MOOC on Implementation Research.

During the Summer of 2020, Richard partnered with the School of Nursing and School of Medicine to present a MOOC on Implementation Research in Global Disease of Poverty. The strength of the partnership enabled him to recruit more than 300 participants to the MOOC from Penn Medicine and Penn Nursing's global partners in Africa, Latin America, and South Asia as well as Penn student and faculty. 

In this presentation, Richard will discuss how the program was implemented, the nuts-and-bolts of administering a global MOOC, and the outcomes and impact of the program.
