An informal lunch or coffee time to meet virtually with Kislak Curator Dot Porter and talk about one of the manuscripts from Penn's collections. Each week we'll feature a different manuscript and the expertise of other curators. Everyone is welcome to attend. On October 4 we'll bring out Ms. Codex 2032, an 18th century French book of prayers for a lay reader's private use during the Mass, decorated with watercolor and gold. See it online: https://colenda.library.upenn.edu/catalog/81431-p34x54s1w. See the full schedule for Coffee with a Codex three weeks ahead at https://schoenberginstitute.org/coffee-with-a-codex/
