Learn to work with BioCyc: a collection of Pathway Genome Databases (PGDBs) that provides information on genomes and metabolic pathways for thousands of organisms!
This 90 minute workshop will provide an introduction to BioCyc and showcase the various features BioCyc supports. In addition, there will be an interactive demo that complements the overview on BioCyc.
