12 PM - 1 PM: Meditative Expressions -- An opportunity to draw, write, and/or think around the theme of sleep. Participants will have an opportunity to share their thoughts.

1 PM - 3 PM: Virtual Reality (VR) -- Participant in VR programs that focus on VR and relaxation.

1 PM - 3 PM: Unwind for Better Sleep -- Be led through an interactive sleep hygiene workshop that will offer tips and exercises for better sleep

2 PM - 4 PM: Make your Own Eye Plushie that can help soothe your tired eyes.
