DESCRIPTION:Douglass Day is a celebration of 19th-century Black achievement 
 held annually on February 14\, the day Frederick Douglass chose to 
 celebrate his birthday. Each year communities gather at universities and 
 colleges across the country to transcribe letters\, news coverages and 
 other documents related to the Colored Conventions Movement. \n\nYou are 
 registering to attend this event online\, via Zoom. Zoom link will be 
 emailed to registrants 1 day before the event. If you wish to attend in 
 person at the Kislak Center\, please register here. \n\nThis event is free 
 and open to the public. If you are registering from outside of the Penn
