Visit Common Press to print your own replica of the Declaration of Independence on our cast-iron handpress from 1889, starting May 20 through December 18, 2026. This activity is free and open to the public. You are welcome to bring groups of 15 or less using this registration link. The activity takes 30 minutes or less, but reservations are for 1 hour time slots. Please email jesspe@upenn.edu with questions or difficulty.

To register: Find an available date and time using the calendar below. Click on the green box with your preferred date and time, and the click the blue "submit times" button at the bottom center and complete the registration form. You will receive confirmation within a week of your appointment.
